The brutally attack by ASI of Police Prasanta Chandra Sabara to a Local Resident under Gaiba Police Sub Station to a 45 Years old person Prasanta SabhaNayak. Mr. Prasanta SabhaNayak belongs to a Poor Minority Community , ASI Prasanta Chandra Sabara called Mr.SabhaNayak for inquiring about a matter, when Mr.Nayak went to the Local Police SubStation ASI of Police was on a Phone Call talking regarding the matter of the Case as soon as The Victim asked the reason of Calling him to the Police Station ASI of Police Mr.Prasanta Chandra Sabara losed his humanity and took the law into his hand and brutally beaten Mr.SabhaNayak till he started to bleed after the Condition of the Victim was worsened first he was admitted in the local Hospital and latter he was shifted to Gajapati District Hospital for His Treatment. He is under treatment in the District Hospital in Room No 50, Bed No 55 as his condition deteriorated ASI of Police have forgotten that the Odisha State Government through Odisha State Police Administration is conducting various Programmes like “Ama Police ” Old Age Citizenship Meeting and Various programmes to build a friendly atmosphere with the Public however some of the Officers like him totally disobeying the State Government and State Police Administration Rules and totally ignoring the Human Rights Law and brutally attacking till the Person started to bleed and die . They are forgetting that the Police is just a person appointment by the state government to Protect the People not to Acctack the People, Our Constitution have established Judicial Department to judge honestly and punish the culprit accordingly but It’s not the duty of Police to Attack the People.
Previously an ASI of Rayagada Police Station have brutally beaten a Minority Person and broke His legs , attack against the Minorities in Gajapati by the Police is increasingly in Gajapati District while this district is recognised by the Central Government as Minority Concentration District .
The Victim family have given a Written Compliant to the IIC Serango, Gajapati S.P and to State Human Rights Commission. If the Gajapati Police Administration does not take stringent action and Suspend ASI of Gaiba Police Limits as soon as possible than I and my family will sit on Strike before the Gajapati District Collector Office for indefinite period of day till we get Justice .
