Shri Lingaraj Panda appointed as a New Collector and DM of Gajapati District , He is currently working as State Project Director of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathana with additional charge of State Project Director, OHEPEE where as The 2012 batch Young , Dynamic and Energetic IAS Anupam Saha Collector and District Magistrate of Gajapati District was appointed as State Project Director of OSEPA. He will also hold additional charge of Member Secretary of ‘Mo School’.
