Paralakhemundi: The Paralakhemundi Model Police Arrested three accused of Gajapati District Amit Patnaik the master Mind of the Crime was the Biju Chatra Janata Dala Vice Secretary and Prattek Patnaik and dauda Jena of Khola Village Kasinagar Block.
These three accused pla
nned before one month to loot gold Jewellery, Ornaments and Cash from a 72 Years Old-age lady Smt. Sarojini Patnaik who was staying alone at her home in Karana Street in Paralakhemundi Town of Gajapati District.
On 21st January 2024 these accused entered her home at midnight and looted gold ornaments, Bangles , Chain , rings and while trying to escape from the back door of the house the deceased Sarojini Patnaik recognised Amit Patnaik because He lives in the same street .
To destroy the evidence, These three accused pressed her mouth and neck and killed her at the Spot and escaped however shockingly till the Police Arrested the accused the Master Mind Amit Patnaik was at the last rituals as per the Sources.
It’s a big Success to Paralakhemundi Model Police to arrest all the main Culprit within a one month of time Period which is very rare in the Police Investigation Process .
