Cecilia Paz Aguilar is a Senior Manager with TNTP for the Southwest Region (LA, TX, AR, OK, AR, or NM), where she is committed to elevating and aligning the work to organizational and regional priorities. He has global experience enabling universities across the globe to meet the needs of marginalized learners. She is a first-generation immigrant from Colombia who knows how much hard work, resilience, and support goes into simply finding the right opportunities for success.
